In 2005, Gorman-Rupp introduced the Ultra V Series™ of high-performance, self-priming centrifugal trash pumps. Ideal for many industrial and municipal applications, the Ultra V Series™ features a heavy-duty solids-handling impeller, a patented cartridge seal and a self-cleaning wearplate (patent pending) to reduce downtime for maintenance.

When combined with UltraMate™, a second-stage pump addition, the Ultra V Series™ provides up to a 300% increase in pressure and a 40% increase in flow over traditional self-priming pumps.
